What is Shipping Time?

Shipping should be within 12 to 15 working days from Karachi Pakistan, excluding Saturdays & Sundays. (Hand-work/Embroidered Formal Garments may have a longer shipping time).  

What are Shipping Charges?

Free Shipping if Order is more than US$. 180/-

Courier:-

ILACE uses FedEx, DHL, Skynet, & Dpex Courier.

Who pays DUTIES & TAXES?

Your order will be shipped from Karachi, Pakistan, with all courier shipping charges fully prepaid by us. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities will be the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery.

The handling courier company typically contacts and updates the customer regarding these charges once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

What is Exchange/Return:-

No Return but Exchange only for Intentional Orders. Customer shall bear one side shipping expenses for shipping & sending us back the product. 

Re dispatching of exchange product (From Pakistan to abroad) shall be free of charges & complementary, though from ILACE. Customers shall intimate ilace & send back  products for exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

Product should be unused, with packing & label/tag intact.
