International Shipping & Payment Policy

1. International Shipping Rates

ILACE offers Free International Shipping on all orders of USD 180 and above.

For orders below USD 180, standard international shipping rates apply:

  • Standard International Shipping: USD 20 to USD 30
    (Varies based on order amount, quantity, and weight)
  • Australia Shipping Rate: Flat USD 40

2. International Dispatch Timeline

International orders are dispatched within 12 to 15 (or more) working/business days after payment is received.
A courier tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched, depending on order volume and pending orders.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may extend during holiday seasons.
  • Hand‑worked or heavily embroidered formal garments may require additional processing time.

We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

ILACE’s international website supports the following secure payment options:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • PayPal

4. Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes vary by country. Customers may check applicable charges with their local customs department.

Please note:
Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees—if applicable—must be paid by the customer.
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Since all parcels are dispatched from Pakistan and involve high international courier costs, ILACE follows a strict No Refund – Exchange Only policy.

Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. The cancelled amount will be credited toward future purchases only, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

ILACE reserves the right to cancel any order—fully or partially—in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders, whether placed via Cash on Delivery or Advance Payment.

6. Return & Exchange Policy for International Orders

ILACE offers Exchange Only for international customers.
No returns and no refunds are available.

If a customer wishes to exchange a product or size:

  • The customer must bear the one‑way shipping cost from their country to Pakistan.
  • ILACE will provide free and complimentary re‑dispatch of the exchanged product from Pakistan to the customer.
